I truly care about YOU, otherwise I would not be writing this email. I want to know that you are doing well, you're healthy and strong, and you are off to a great start in 2012! And, if you are not right now, that's ok--don't get down on yourself(that would be even worse), just know that I want to help you optimize your life to thrive in 2012!
