Dear Friends of Workout on the Hill,
We are offering a FREE Workout for anyone interested in coming out to experience how much FUN we have at Holly Park with our exercises and meeting like-minded people.
Please come out and join us on Saturday, March 27th at 8am for a one hour workout!
If this will be your first workout with our group, please download the PAR-Q and Waiver forms from our website and bring a signed copy with you to the class. You may also fill out the forms when you arrive, so please show up 10-15minutes before 8am.
We are looking forward to seeing you on March 27th!
